Runner-Lite is a free software tool for running boundary-scan tests, JTAG Embedded Tests (JET), and in-system device programming. It is based on ScanExpress Runner, a part of Corelis' ScanExpress software suite, and has a simplified user interface for executing test plan files provided by Corelis.
